The duties of the Department of Judicial Administration in the State Provincial Office of Western Finland are
to manage the results within the debt recovery districts, and monitor the activities of the enforcement authorities
to be responsible for the training of the enforcement authorities
to manage the personnel administration of district court bailiffs
to settle administrative complaints regarding debt recovery procedures
to look after the interests of the State in court proceedings
to offer services dealing with forwarding and sending of judicial or extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters (such as a testament and/or last will) abroad
to make decisions concerning extraordinary general meetings and special audits
to take care of payment deposits of debt in case the recipient can not be reached immediatly or is unknown
